Message from the CEO..

Dear All,

Hitit Computer Services has grown to become a preferred supplier of a broad range of airline solutions and services claiming more than 40 customers across the world. It has been a pleasure to see our solutions make their way in the market, chosen by many industry players small and large, all around the world. Along with Hitit's Crane PAX/DCS in the Passenger Services domain and other Crane solutions and services for core airline operations, Hitit offerings also covered Loyalty solutions and services, preferred by the most visionary players in the market.

With mixed feelings, I would like to share with you the news that we have signed an agreement with Amadeus IT Group, SA, in regards to the acquisition of our Loyalty Division by Amadeus. On one hand, I am proud to see our Loyalty solutions, its underlying technology, our team and our care for our customers being preferred not only by our airline partners, but also one of the most prestigious IT service providers in our industry.

On the other hand, I feel sad to see a part of us moving apart, but only with the most promising future. I am certain that the Loyalty Division will continue to provide the best care for its customers and will prosper under the Amadeus leadership and we will be looking forward to their success, watching them with pride.

I would like to make clear that apart from this departure, Hitit Computer Services will remain unchanged and we will continue to operate under our previous shareholder structure, offering new generation PSS and other core airline solutions as before. We will continue to offer fully-fledged loyalty and customer care features integrated into our Crane PAX and as always, we are committed to remaining steadfast in our pursuit to serve our customers with best in breed solutions that are ahead of the market, with best possible customer care.

We are thankful to all our customers and partners for laying their trust with us.

Golden Myanmar Airlines, Myanmar's first low-cost carrier and Hitit, a leading airline and loyalty management solutions provider, announce that they have signed a PSS services agreement in Yangon, Myanmar.
Establishment of Golden Myanmar Airlines marks an important milestone in the region, as it is Myanmar's first low-cost carrier and will benefit from the country's rapidly growing air traffic. The visionary approach of the airline continued with its choice of Hitit, as the long-term partner for its PSS needs and Crane as the underlying technology.
Crane solutions, enriched over the years with differing airline requirements and business models from all around the world, will provide Golden Myanmar Airlines the perfect tools for the distribution of ancillary services, direct reservation and ticketing through the internet booking engine, agencies and call centres. Passengers will be able to book tickets, make changes online and choose their preferred seats through the airline's website.
