It endeavors to meet every frequent flyer's demands and needs concerning flight information, luggage and following up on the various rewards the frequent flyer program provides RJ's customers. The system is to be implemented starting with June 2006 as one of the requirements for joining oneworld alliance, expected by the end of this year."
