• POP STAR sends a consolidated and validated file to the airline loyalty system.
• The airline loyalty system loads the files and produces hand backs to POP-Star.
• POP-Star distributes the hand back files to the carriers.

POP-STAR Basic

• Built on a basic data exchange with the Airline Loyalty System.
• Manages the file transfer with partner airlines.
• Basic checks and consolidation of files.
• Transfer of files to the Airline system and back.
• Management of the process by Hitit.
• Points allocation controlled by the Airline.

POP-STAR Advanced

• Manages all flight accruals on behalf of the airline and file exchange with Alliance Carriers.
• Verifies member numbers and allocates points to members.
• Verifies retro claims.
• Manages the billing process
• Airline system gets a single, verified accrual file each day for direct loading.
• No retro processing by the airline.
